I have been busy running marathons and finishing my last record (CD they call them now!). But Mike Harris sent me quite a few God’s Children concert tapes. I will go through and restore the better sounding songs (if we had any, grin) and get them on the site this year! Plus Matt Minnick found some pictures from Tennessee that will soon be in my hands! Whooo hooo!

Michael Harris finished the May 1, 2009 reunion video for us which I split into five segments for your viewing pleasure. Also the 1986 video is up! Use the menu to access it and watch it in it’s entirety! Sadly Frances (Bieber) Judd (pictured above at our renion) left us in the late 80’s or early 90’s. Does anyone have any info or pics they can share so I can create a page for her? Write me at EMAIL.

I have depleted my stash now, so it’s up to you to get me more memories for everyone, please Email me. We have more reunion pics and a video coming eventually from Mike Harris and his Son and I will start to put up individual pages for us to contact each other, so keep checking back. We have a slideshow video of God’s Children memories and the North Webster area. In my eyes the community of North Webster was at it’s peak in the 70’s. I considered putting the pics to God’s Children music, but all of the music we sang has copyrights from other songwriters, thus a song I wrote was the only way of posting this for all to see. Reunion was wonderful!

Wow, considering we had very little time to prepare and announce our reunion it went exceedingly well. We had 20 plus attend and all had such a great time. Some sent regrets and will come to our next reunion in a couple of years which will be well advertised. Just a hint of what is to come follows with the pics (click the dance pic for a larger peek).

The highlight of the night was listening to Pastor John Weeks go down memory lane and he even sang for us! This site will have massive updates of reunion pics, new old pics, a DVD of the reunion and a scrapbook page of memorabelia, so keep checking back! Additionally if you want to order a CD of the albums or a God’s Children T-Shirt go to the album page.

Click on albums to hear the first record. We improved with each one, keep that in mind! This is much work, so I will get the other two records up in the next couple of weeks. It is official, we have the North Webster United Methodist Church booked from 4 to 8 on May 1st. We will have a program and tentative list of attendees posted in the next two weeks. We have lots of God’s Children members coming! Lastly, we have a 1971 group shot up now. Let me know who they are, I joined after this.
